Production Worker
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Production Workers to join our team in the fruit and vegetable processing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cleaning, sorting, packaging, and handling of produce, ensuring high standards of food safety, quality, and productivity are maintained. Key Responsibilities
Sort, wash, peel, trim, and prepare fresh fruits and vegetables according to company standards. Operate production line equipment, including slicers, baggers, and packing machines. Inspect produce for quality and remove defective items. Pack fruits and vegetables into boxes, bags, or containers for shipment. Label and stack products according to specifications. Maintain cleanliness of the production area, tools, and equipment. Follow food safety and hygiene regulations (GMPs, HACCP, etc.). Assist with loading and unloading of materials as required. Report any machinery malfunctions or product issues to supervisors. Adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE. Qualifications
Previous experience in food processing or manufacturing (preferred). Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a cold or wet environment. Good attention to detail and quality standards. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Basic English communication skills. Work Environment
Fast-paced production line. Cold storage and refrigerated areas. Use of gloves, hairnets, aprons, and other protective gear. Exposure to loud noise, moisture, and repetitive tasks.
