Job Duties And Responsibilities

Manage and support the implementation of hotel technology for existing hotels, new builds, and property transitions Provide expert-level field support and assist with vendor escalation where necessary to prevent disruptions and maintain a high level of confidence in hotel systems Configure, support, and monitor hotel applications and interfaces Create, document, and distribute system best practices Coordinate and participate in field training for new technology Recommend new or revised processes to the field to maximize the use of hotel systems and technology Performs special projects and other responsibilities as assigned by management Education And Experience

College Degree in business, technology, or hospitality related discipline preferred. 5+ years of experience in Hospitality Management with an emphasis on hotel technology required 2+ years in a Technical Project Implementations, Technical Support, or Technical Account Management role required Experience with multiple hotel-level systems including Opera by Oracle, point of sales systems, guest management, PBX and telephony systems. Knowledge of business and collaborative software including Office 365, SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat products. *The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
