Job Description
Job Duties Tracks and enters all contact with customers having balances Communicates with Marketing staff and all other levels of casino and company management regarding customer gaming balances Communicates via phone or other FDCPA approved means with appropriate persons the collection of gaming balances owed Makes high-level logic based decisions in regards to the collection of gaming balances that will best benefit the profitability of their respective casino in regards to both short and long term perspectives In the performance of daily duties, be able to:
Utilize daily debtor scroll Create and update customer CMS accounts to include:
Personal information Bank information Dispositions (Special Remarks) Alteration of deposit dates for active items to facilitate automatic deposit by the relevant casino cages Entry of returned items Entry of returned item payments Change of agency assignment status for individual returned items Change of returned items to write-off status Entry of payments on written-off items
Other duties as deemed necessary by Department Manager and Director Qualifications Work as required in a stressful and dynamic environment on the phone, information finding on the Internet, and performing deductive fact finding tasks to better support decisions made and for use by other casino departments as required Must be able to dial numbers and talk on the phone for extended periods of time Able to perform advanced problem solving and initiate/follow-through with financial negotiations on behalf of the casino Typing speed of at least 35 wpm Outstanding communication skills a must Proficient with Windows Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word) Able to learn new Casino Database programs as required Self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to stay focused on task and operate successfully under tight deadlines and time pressures Enjoys a fast pace, dynamic, challenging and team-oriented work environment Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business 5+ years experience in casino industry experience preferred High School Diploma required Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred Compensation And Benefits The hourly pay for this position is $23.00 USD.
