You will be the Control Account Manager (CAM) for the THAAD Logistics and Sustainment Engineering (LSE) team. Our team is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering technical, cost, and schedule performance for assigned control accounts, ensuring contract commitments are met and exceeded. What You Will Be Doing
As the Control Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning and management of control account performance, including technical, cost, and schedule aspects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Engineering and Technology Managers, Finance, and Program Management, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of control account commitments. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and managing control account technical, cost, and schedule performance Identifying staffing headcount requirements and ensuring appropriate staff levels Reviewing and approving documents and commitments involving control accounts Analyzing hours, dollars, material, and Other Direct Charges (ODC) Supporting firm planning efforts, budget baseline development, and variance analysis Coordinating proposal activities, including input to Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), and Resource Allocation Matrix (RAM) Tracking and reporting proposal status and control account performance Why Join Us

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
