Subcontract Administrator
You will be the Subcontract Administrator for the Lockheed Martin Santa Barbara Focalplane team. Our team is responsible for executing and managing complex suppliers for multiple programs, ensuring seamless support for program cost, schedule, and performance requirements. What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing complex suppliers and working with cross-functional teams to drive program success. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all subcontract efforts are placed and managed effectively, collaborating with Supplier Management Teams (SMTs) and program management teams to achieve program objectives. Your responsibilities will include: Working with program management teams to generate and manage subcontract efforts for complex components Performing price analysis and developing pre-negotiation strategies Leading negotiations and completing subcontract/Purchase Order documentation, invoice reconciliation, and payment Negotiating and coordinating additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts Holding procurement delegation and signing supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority Collaborating with a team to develop innovative solutions to complex problems Working with program management and other areas of the business to resolve subcontract matters and issues Why Join Us
