Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff. Serve meals and assist residents with eating as needed. Maintain a clean and organized environment in resident rooms and common areas. Follow care plans and report any observations or concerns to the nursing team. Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life. Qualifications
Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas is required. High school diploma or equivalent. Compassionate and patient-oriented approach to care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation is required. Willingness to work a full 40-hour week, including every other weekend. Competitive pay at $18.00 per hour and potential for permanent placement.
