Purple Cow Recruiting is seeking a Business Development Executive with a track record of closing deals in healthcare recruiting. If you've built client relationships and driven revenue in the healthcare staffing space-we want to talk.

About This Role:

This is a position ideal for a self-motivated, results-driven individual with healthcare BD experience and a strong network.

? Requirements: Must have experience in healthcare staffing/recruiting sales Can show

verifiable wins

(deals closed, revenue produced, clients landed) Strong understanding of roles like RNs, NPs, Therapists, Physicians, etc. Based in the U.S. Hunter mindset: prospecting, pitching, closing Existing book of business (preferred) Responsibilities: Prospect and close new healthcare staffing clients Build and manage a sales pipeline Negotiate contracts and pricing Collaborate with recruiters to deliver results Hit and exceed revenue goals What We Offer: Top-tier commission rates Total flexibility
