IT Systems Administrator (Contract-to-Hire)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Systems Administrator to join our team onsite in Twinsburg, OH. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and is passionate about managing and securing enterprise IT infrastructure. Top Required Skills
4+ years of relevant IT experience, including 2+ years on an IT Help Desk. 2+ years of experience installing and maintaining server operating systems. Hands-on experience with: Hypervisor hosts and clients Next-gen firewalls, routers, and switches Backup and replication systems SAN administration Enterprise phone systems Office365/M365 administration Azure or AWS server environments Cloud-based storage in hybrid environments Project management experience in complex IT implementations. Certifications such as MCSE: Core Infrastructure, Server+, Linux+, or MCSA: Windows Server 2016+. Nice to Have
Network+ or vendor-specific network certifications. Experience supporting medical device personnel or regulated environments. Key Responsibilities
Install, administer, and maintain: Windows and Linux servers (physical and virtual) SAN/NAS storage systems Network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs) Enterprise phone systems and AV equipment Monitor and secure network and server environments. Manage backups, replication, and disaster recovery plans. Provide advanced technical support and assist Help Desk analysts. Maintain system documentation and test environments. Coordinate with vendors and manage IT projects. Support compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and other regulatory standards. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent technical coursework. Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Valid driver's license required. Pay and Benefits
