DHL Global Forwarding manages the flow of goods and information across a customer's global supply chain utilizing air/ocean/ground transportation, customs brokerage services, and dedicated warehousing/distribution centers. Manage the overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of customer interactions, ensuring that goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope, and resource requirements. Develops and executes business flows and plans that incorporate the following components: time, cost, scope, quality, communications, risk, procurement, and integration. Responsible for understanding and successfully managing the interdependencies between internal and external business partners whose coordinated delivery is required to achieve higher organizational objectives. Provide clear and concise project stakeholder communication, as well as internal team communication. Identify issues affecting work progress and recommend solutions with assistance. Ensure alignment of business deliverables and organization's goals and objectives. Work closely with global / regional AFR / OFR management team to ensure proper supply/demand planning for seasonal business peaks. Drive collaboration with Customer Solutions and Innovations and other DPDHL business units and external partners to craft solutions to meet customers changing needs and expectations. Support and solution design our AFR / OFR processes, enabling scale growth, for all customer opportunities. Monitor shipments for compliance to Air and/or Ocean regulations. Monitor and ensure compliance with customer requirements. Handle special projects as assigned. Support application testing and development / improvement processes related to operations. Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience working in a large enterprise as a Program Manager in complex multinational organizations. Previous Process Management, Project Management, Operations Management and Change Management experience. Ability to handle complex situations with customers and multiple responsibilities simultaneously mixing long term projects with the urgency of immediate demands on the operations. Demonstrated ability to solve business problems. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. Keen attention to detail with strong analytical and evaluative abilities. Advanced understanding of Air and Ocean freight services and the overall logistics and / or supply chain industry. Experience in handling DHL ThermoNet shipments. Certification and Training for DHL ThermoNet shipments. Pay Range $ 72,725.00 - $ 96,700.00 + (Based on Experience) Benefits (All Non-Union Employees): Compensation: Competitive base salary plus role dependent performance-based incentives. 401(k) Match: $1-for-$1 match up to 4% quarterly + 2% annual base contribution.
