What You'll Do:

  • Assist with client and caregiver coordination
  • Support intake and office operations
  • Communicate with clients, caregivers, and staff
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Work closely with our team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years office experience (home care/healthcare preferred)
  • Bilingual English & Spanish (required)
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Positive attitude, reliable, and eager to learn
