How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The Delta Pilot Pay team is seeking a highly motivated Co‑op that has business curiosity and creative thinking to improve the Pilot Pay Experience. The Co‑op will work closely with the teams responsible for ensuring pilots and pay‑adjacent stakeholders receive efficient, accurate and user‑friendly support in alignment with the Flight Operations pay strategy. In this role you will have the opportunity to provide support with the following:

Identify, visualize, analyze, and optimize business processes

Support the development of Knowledge Management content, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Glossary of Terminology and team pages

Apply industrial engineering and 6 sigma principles to business processes

Provides customer service to pilots by responding to inquiries sent to Crew Resources and distributing pay updates to pilots as applicable

Ability to identify and create new or improved processes to support the changes in the operation

This role will assist in identifying manual processes, providing innovative and new ways of completing tasks to provide efficiencies in all areas of pilot pay

Assist in the delivery of new tools, content and communications

Utilize business process documentation and knowledge to support new hire, recurrent, and new delivery technology training

Commit to a 3‑semester structured rotation with the same team, fostering continuity and deep collaboration throughout the co‑op experience

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

Working as a Co‑op does not guarantee a full‑time opportunity upon graduation. This position is intended to provide you with educational, and professional work experience to prepare you for the workforce.

This position requires you to work for 3 alternating semesters. You cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in‑person) and work as a Co‑op at the same time, which may delay your graduation by 1‑2 semesters.

Students must be able to complete 3 alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA in line with the below schedule:

Summer 2026 - 1st rotation

Spring 2027 - 2nd rotation

Fall 2027 - 3rd rotation

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree

Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Must be self‑sufficient and complete assignments with minimal supervision

Must be detail‑oriented and perform well under pressure

Must be eager to accept responsibility and create value‑added projects

Must demonstrate flexibility in a fast‑paced environment

Must demonstrate a professional demeanor when interacting with all levels

Must be able to commit to three alternating work semesters

Must exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills

Must be able to work with and safeguard confidential and sensitive information

Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data

Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles

Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency

Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
