The BCaBAs assist in the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA. This role supports the delivery of high‑quality services, compliance with ethical standards, team development, and smooth clinical operation practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2‑18.
Billable hour requirements for full‑time, salaried BCaBAs: 30 hours.
Billable hour requirement for part‑time BCaBAs: 75% of total hours worked (preferred).
Complete intake and assessments.
Parent training.
Collaboration with a team of clinicians and clinical directors.
Mentorship for a team of RBTs and MLPs.
QUALIFICATIONS
8 hour supervision course (willingness to obtain)
High emphasis on integrity and ethics
Passion for client success
Strong leadership skills
WORKING CONDITIONS
Full‑time, hybrid‑remote 3 days in person 2 days remote
Requires interaction with clients, families, and staff in clinic, home, and community settings.
May involve periods of standing, moving, or engaging in physical activities related to client interventions.
$35 - $38 USD
