Position Overview
Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (0.875 FTE) Optometrist to join our Everett Medical Center eye care team in Everett, Washington with occasional coverage at our Northgate Medical Center in Seattle, Washington.
All applicants must possess a full range of clinical skills and an interest in working with an innovative group practice.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range:
$154,886 to $182,219 salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.
Value Based Incentives:
Annual bonus based on organizational goals and quality metrics
Generous Employer Retirement Contributions:
Upon eligibility WPMG will contribute 11% of your base salary to your 401(K) with additional employee contributions being optional
Cash Balance Plan:

Qualifications
Required: Doctorate of Optometry - OD
Preferred: Optometry Residency
Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
