Our client, a leader in the motorsports industry, is seeking a Merchandise Lead to join their team. As a Merchandise Lead, you will be part of the Merchandise Planning department supporting the Honda Racing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and excellent organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Develop and execute merchandise strategies that align with Honda Racing’s brand identity and business goals.
Analyze fashion trends and recommend design collaborations to reach new audiences.
Plan seasonal product assortments, pricing strategies, and inventory levels to maximize revenue and fan engagement.
Collaborate with Honda Motor, HRC US engineers, and engine designers to ensure merchandise reflects Honda’s racing heritage.
Manage the HRC merchandise team for design execution, merchandise planning, and production.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
5+ years of experience specializing in apparel merchandising in motorsports.
Proven track record in developing product assortments and driving revenue growth.
Strong ability to blend financial acumen with creative merchandising and trend forecasting.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail.
