What’s the Job

The client is seeking a motivated

Product Owner

to support the Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) team. This role plays a critical part in helping design, build, and implement the organization’s new

Identity Master system

targeted for rollout in 2026. The Product Owner will bridge business strategy with technical execution, partnering across compliance, technology, operations, InfoSec, and data teams to drive product capabilities and best-practice frameworks.

This position is ideal for a product professional with solid fundamentals, strong curiosity, and the ability to rapidly learn technical concepts—even without prior IAM experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support the

design, development, and implementation

of the enterprise Identity Master platform.

Translate business strategy into actionable product plans, requirements, and roadmaps.

Partner cross-functionally (Compliance, Technology, Operations, InfoSec, Data) to define and deliver CIAM capabilities.

Establish and maintain product management practices: roadmapping, prioritization, success metrics, and business cases.

Define, track, and report on key performance indicators for product initiatives.

Contribute to CIAM capability standards and support process improvement across teams.

Help implement standardized product frameworks within capability management.

Ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions, and connect insights across stakeholders to drive clarity and alignment.

Must-Have Qualifications

2–5 years

of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles.

Strong product fundamentals: roadmapping, prioritization, problem-solving, curiosity, and structured thinking.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

Ability to learn

technical concepts quickly ; comfortable discussing data structures, systems thinking, workflows.

Experience defining success metrics and tracking KPIs.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear requirements.

Coachable, adaptable, and proactive; able to “connect the dots” between teams and initiatives.

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting capability development, modernization initiatives, or enterprise transformation programs.

Familiarity with identity, access management, or customer authentication concepts (not required).

Background working with compliance, InfoSec, or data governance teams.

Experience implementing product management frameworks, standards, or best practices.

Prior work in highly regulated industries (financial services, insurance, healthcare, etc.).
