Salary Range:
$147,200.00 - $220,800.00 Annual

Low Voltage projects
that power connectivity and security for our clients. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the overall direction, completion, and financial performance of multiple small‑to‑medium projects or a large‑scale initiative. You’ll manage and mentor a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead projects involving structured cabling, security systems, access control, audio/visual, and network infrastructure.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate boundaries and document them in concise work statements.
Effectively supervise a staff in day‑to‑day project administration or manage multiple Project Managers’ daily tasks.
Train Project Managers in company philosophy and systems.
Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders.
Maintain logs required to track project progress.
Supervise a Project Assistant in tracking device maintenance.
Maintain liaison with the prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
Monitor construction activities with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure schedule and budget compliance.
Investigate serious situations and implement corrective measures per company guidelines.
Represent the company/project in meetings with client, subcontractors, etc.
Prepare monthly costing reports.
Manage financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect company interests while maintaining client relationships.
Perform any other duties assigned as part of the role.

Project accountability and initiative across all aspects of the projects.
Creative problem‑solving skills and experience in challenging environments.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction, and their integration.
Fanatical determination to plan, innovate, and improve processes.
Ability to think outside the box and lead the team in innovative construction techniques and prefabrication strategies.
Strong leadership, business acumen, and integrity.
Financial understanding of projects and forecasting ability.
Capability to build and maintain strong relationships with the field.
Collaborative spirit to work with multiple stakeholders.
Self‑motivation, proactive attitude, and effective teamwork.
WHAT YOU BRING TO US
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline (preferred).
Minimum 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in electrical construction.
Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods.
Combination of education, training, and relevant experience acceptable.
Proven experience mentoring and managing others.
Strong understanding of standard operating policies and procedures.
Extensive knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and preferred knowledge of Oracle and Accubid.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adapting to changing priorities.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to interact professionally with all staff levels, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
PE license and heavy client interaction are pluses.
TRAVEL

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work primarily on active construction sites, involving sitting, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, and bending. Indoor environments with fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
Noise level: low to medium during office work, higher on job sites.
Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
