Our client, a leader in technology innovation, is seeking a Lead .NET Core Developer to join their team. As a Lead .NET Core Developer, you will be part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Tools Engineering team supporting cutting‑edge application development. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Lead .NET Core Developer
Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, Minneapolis, Chandler, Dallas
Pay Range: $67‑73/hr
What's the Job?
Lead an Agile development team in the creation and implementation of new and existing technology frameworks.
Architect and build scalable, robust, and performant applications focusing on user experience.
Develop complex and highly interactive user interfaces using the React UI framework.
Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable APIs to support front‑end applications.
Integrate AI capabilities directly into applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
What's Needed?
10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on full‑stack development.
5+ years of experience in software development using C# (.NET Core) and Python.
3+ years of experience with cloud deployments (GCP, AWS, Azure, OpenShift).
Experience with Agile methodologies and leading development teams.
Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles and practices.
