# Structural Engineer Project Manager**Full-time opportunity in Carbondale or Telluride, Colorado****(Glenwood Springs to Aspen - Ouray to Telluride)****$90,000 - $150,000 annual salary + excellent benefits & flexibility****At Evolve Structural Design**We inspire & strengthen our mountain communities through exceptional structural engineeringHigh-end luxury custom residential, commercial, community, forensic, historic, multi-familyWe currently support the Western Slope of Colorado, focused in Carbondale - Aspen, Telluride-OurayWe are driven by progression.We are skilled, perceptive, creative, open-minded, clear & responsive.We strive to improve the design & building process, our industry, our communities & ourselves*.*COLLABORATE, THRIVE, EVOLVE!**Base Qualifications:*** B.S. and/or M.S. in Architectural, Civil or Structural Engineering* PE/SE license in CO or ability to obtain via reciprocity within 60 days* 6+ years of experience as a Structural Engineer designing wood, steel, concrete, masonry & other materials* 4+ years of experience on custom high-end residential and commercial buildings* Ability to successfully manage project design/coordination, internal project teams, clients & project financials* Proficiency with structural engineering principles & applicable building/design codes* Proficiency with structural analysis software such as RISA, Dlubal, Enercalc, etc.* Proficiency with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit and/or Archicad, or desire to learn & utilize the basics to optimize production**Structural Engineer Project Manager Responsibilities:*** Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and project team members while fostering strong professional relationships within the community* Manage multiple projects, collaborating effectively with clients, architects, contractors, other project team members* Engineer and oversee the structural design of wood, steel, concrete, masonry, and unique building assemblies, ensuring quality and innovation* Utilize and supervise the use of current engineering technologies, software tools, and building/design codes for efficient, clear documentation and calculations* Provide and oversee excellent construction administration, including field observations & formal reports* Be ethical, professional, proactive & thoughtful* Live and thrive in a Colorado mountain resort community, contributing thoughtfully to both the team and local environment**Additional Experience of Interest:*** Sustainable design* Assessment, renovation and repair of existing structures* Advanced BIM & AI integration* PE/SE licenses in additional states**Benefits:*** A supportive & engaged team* Growth & ownership potential* Paid time off, paid holidays, paid team outings* Simple IRA with employer matching contribution* Health, dental, vision insurance* Support for continuing education & professional industry engagement* Flexible work environment* Ski passes & company ski daysPay commensurate with experience*We are not able to sponsor applicants requiring work visas**Qualified applicants will be contacted*If you are excited about structural engineering, mountain living, feel aligned with our team and meet the requirements above,we look forward to the opportunity of discussing a mutually beneficial employment relationship!**Please submit your resume & cover letter.** #J-18808-Ljbffr
