Hybrid Schedule
3 days on campus
1 remote day
1 paid clinical day to maintain licensure (plus you keep all clinical revenue earned)
Compensation Package

Candidate Qualifications
Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (NCCAA or successor)
Bachelor's degree and a master's degree from an accredited program. A master's degree from an accredited anesthesiologist assistant program is mandatory
Minimum 2 years full-time teaching experience in higher education
Minimum 2 years in academic or clinical leadership
Recent clinical practice experience with current licensure in any state
Eligible for Florida licensure (client will cover transfer costs)
Passion for student success and academic excellence
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the MSA program, ensuring academic excellence and growth
Teach in classroom settings and mentor faculty
Oversee curriculum development and program administration
Support student success, retention, and outcomes
Engage in scholarly activities and community involvement
Collaborate with campus and senior leadership
About the Program This MSA program is nationally recognized for its outcomes and quality. While the Florida campus hosts three cohorts, the program is part of a larger, thriving academic network. You’ll receive strong support from both campus and senior leadership to grow and elevate the program.
