Manager of Technical Accounting

What You’ll Do
Serve as a key U.S. GAAP subject‑matter expert across the organization
Research and advise on complex technical accounting issues; draft whitepapers and memos
Monitor and implement new U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
Lead improvements in accounting processes and internal controls
Collaborate cross‑functionally on transactions (M&A, equity, treasury, etc.)
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and SOX requirements
Develop and maintain accounting policies aligned with IFRS and U.S. GAAP
Partner with external auditors on reporting and disclosure matters
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required
6+ years in technical accounting or audit, ideally from Big 4 Public Accounting
Experience with large manufacturing clients
Strong understanding of financial reporting, SOX, and U.S. GAAP
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Proven ability to analyze complex transactions and collaborate across teams
