Senior AI Project Manager
We are seeking a Senior AI Project Manager for our multinational client, a leading group in the
Telecom & Fintech sectors , to lead high‑impact AI and Machine Learning projects. This role requires a strong mix of
technical knowledge in AI/MLOps
and
proven project leadership skills .
Key Responsibilities
Lead AI/ML projects end‑to‑end, from concept through production.
Define project roadmaps, success metrics, and deliverables aligned with business needs.
Manage and mentor cross‑functional teams (data engineers, ML engineers, designers).
Collaborate with executives and business leaders to ensure adoption and measurable ROI (churn reduction, fraud prevention, revenue growth).
Ensure compliance with governance, data security, and industry best practices.
Monitor AI/ML market trends and propose enhancements to solutions and processes.
Requirements
10+ years in project/product management, including 5+ years delivering AI/ML projects.
Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and MLOps.
Experience with Telco and/or Fintech industries (fraud detection, risk scoring, digital banking, telecom analytics).
Skilled in Agile/Project Management; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
Proven ability to lead multi‑country projects and manage stakeholders at C‑level.
Proven experience managing cross‑functional AI/ML teams.
Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical concepts into business impact.
Fluent in English (French is a plus).
Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI) is a plus.
