Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a USA - HR Operations Project Lead to join their team. As a HR Operations Project Lead, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$50 to $70 per hour w-2 Duration:
6 month contract
What's the Job?
Lead and manage HR projects to ensure timely and effective delivery aligned with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and process improvements.
Support change management efforts and facilitate communication across departments.
Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision‑making and strategic planning.
Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR project management or operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
