Essential Functions of the Client Account Manager Role
Build and maintain strong relationships with Lumen business clients, serving as their trusted point of contact for service updates and account support.
Understand client connectivity needs and recommend Lumen solutions, including fiber and internet services that align with business goals.
Track account metrics like renewals, usage, and satisfaction, and proactively address service issues or growth opportunities.
Work with sales, support, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of Lumen services and timely issue resolution.
Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and supporting successful renewals across Lumen’s telecom offerings.
Create reports, forecasts, and client insights, helping leadership make informed decisions and improve campaign performance.
