We are looking for the

first Engagement Manager

to join a fast‑growing, venture‑backed AI company in insurance. This is a high‑impact role for a top‑tier business operator who thrives in a hands‑on environment and wants to sit at the center of customers, product, and execution. This person will own customer onboarding and success end‑to‑end, maintain and grow a book of business, and work closely with founders and engineers to turn customer feedback into scalable processes and product improvements.
