first Engagement Manager

This is a high‑impact role for a top‑tier business operator who thrives in a hands‑on environment and wants to sit at the center of customers, product, and execution. This person will own customer onboarding and success end‑to‑end, maintain and grow a book of business, and work closely with founders and engineers to turn customer feedback into scalable processes and product improvements. Ideal Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a consultant (e.g., MBB) or in customer implementation roles Prior experience working with insurance or financial services customers Strong technical intuition with the ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical users Excellent project management skills and ability to drive cross‑functional initiatives Undergraduate degree from a top‑50 university Why you should consider joining
