Overview Dental Assistant role at Heartland Dental. Shoreline Dentistry of Wayzata is looking for a licensed Dental Assistant to join our team. $3000 Sign-on bonus for licensed dental assistants! Salary: $30-36/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday with varied hours Sign-on bonus: $3000 for licensed dental assistants Schedule details: Monday: 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Tuesday: 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Wednesday: 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Thursday: 6:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Friday: flexible Minimum Qualifications Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification as required by state practice act Excellent communication and organizational skills Access to minimum PHI for job functions; regular HIPAA training and data safeguards required Minnesota dental assisting license is required (or in process) Preferred Experience 1+ years of experience in a dental setting Dentrix or other dental software experience Dental assisting school certification Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation Prolonged periods of sitting and standing Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds Occasional virtual or in-person training sessions TB test required prior to starting employment; not applicable in FL & TN Heartland Dental is the nation\'s largest dental support organization, providing non-clinical administrative support to over 3,000 doctors in 39 states and DC across 1,800+ offices.
