Automation Selenium Tester Remote – Alpharetta, Georgia, United States About the Role Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking an experienced Automation Selenium Tester to join our DevOps team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and executing automation strategies for web and service-based applications. You will work closely with development, DevOps, and business stakeholders to improve software quality, reliability, and delivery speed. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a comprehensive automation strategy for web and service applications Design, implement, and manage scalable automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing Execute and maintain automated and manual test cases Diagnose test failures, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams on resolutions Define, track, and report automation‑related KPIs aligned with business objectives Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud‑based testing environments Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including root‑cause analysis and quality optimization What We’re Looking For Experience & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience testing browser‑based software applications Demonstrated experience drafting and executing manual test cases 4+ years of relevant experience through work, military experience, or specialized training Hands‑on experience with automation testing Technical Skills Expertise with automation frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit , or similar Strong programming skills in Java, C++, or similar languages Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud‑based testing environments Experience working in fast‑paced, Agile environments Professional Skills Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Comfortable adapting to change and driving process improvements Why You’ll Love Working at Hancock Claims Consultants At Hancock Claims Consultants, we invest in our people and foster an environment where innovation, collaboration, and growth thrive.
