Strength Test Administrator Job at DataFit in Hudson

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Test Administrator (TA). The Test Administrator will be responsible for administering physical capability assessments to new hires and current employees. The Test Administrator position is based in the northeast Ohio area. The work is completed throughout the U.S., with very little time spent at the corporate office in Hudson, OH. The position entails administering the DataFit isokinetic evaluations of the knees and shoulders to our clients’ job candidates. No previous isokinetic testing experience is necessary. DataFit will provide all training about the Biodex unit and DataFit protocols. A video of a test being administered can be viewed at https://www.data-fit.net/resource-center/data-fit/videos. The Biodex testing units travel disassembled in cargo vans. The equipment weighs approximately 1200 lbs. The equipment is moved by the test administrator using a dolly from the vehicle to the room where the testing will take place and then reassembled. This position is physically demanding. Travel consists of a DataFit-provided vehicle or by air to the equipment, which is housed in a storage facility. DataFit reimburses for all travel expenses. Our client's needs determine the amount of travel. Travel can be extensive at times. A secondary role is learning the LiftSmart System of Motion Capture video recording. Responsibilities include onboarding new customers and teaching them to use the system.
