What You Get To Do Partner with internal stakeholders across the company to help identify and hire the best leaders to drive the company's growth. You will: Assist in creating innovative search strategies that identify and attract top talent with a focus on local community outreach (schools and organizations) Conduct telephone screens for skilled/professional positions Set up candidate video phone screens using ModernHire for Hiring Managers to review Post to niche job boards, as needed Coordinate and participate in external, internal and virtual job fairs Assist in onboarding new hires during peak season Main point of contact for recruitment marketing collateral Maintain and present analytics for recruitment initiatives Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and Guests Perform other duties as assigned What It Takes To Succeed Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, marketing, related field or equivalent experience Experience working in a fast-paced / high-volume environment Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems or resume databases, preferred Experience recruiting for leisure, hospitality, or entertainment industry, preferred Availability to work occasional weekends, evenings and holidays Rate: $18.00/hour The Perks Of The Position Paid Time Off Complimentary Park Tickets and Passes Park Discounts on Food and Merchandise Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401K Retirement plan Voluntary Insurance Life Insurance Disability Benefits Tution Reimbursement Dependent and Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts Employee Assistance Program Legal Assistance Plan EEO Notice SEA WORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
