Responsibilities
Energetically cultivating relationships with managers at various levels of the organization to find and deliver exceptional candidates.
Flawlessly execute a recruitment process while continuously improving it to be best‑in‑class.
Advise managers and business leaders on market trends, tactical methods, and competitive analysis to develop customized approaches for complex hiring needs at scale.
Focus on finding the strongest candidates and shepherd their hiring experience with passion and grace.
Represent the CLEAResult brand proudly in every interaction, meticulously vetting candidates for open vacancies and collaborating with vendors and partners.
Support members of the Recruiting team.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with other members of the People Team to guide our mission forward.
Qualifications
Over 3 years of progressive recruitment experience.
A track record of navigating various obstacles in sourcing and recruiting.
Quickly up‑speed with Workday and other business platforms; experience with Paradox is a major differentiator.
Affinity for data and its application in driving success.
Knowledge and free thought of the labor market and current trends.
The relentless desire to continue learning and growing professionally.
Compensation
Salary: $35 – $45 / hour
Compensation is based on internal equity, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, and certain degrees or certifications.
