What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Engage proactively with clients to understand technical requirements and deliver customized waste management solutions
Analyze laboratory results and safety data sheets, compiling technical data into comprehensive reports for clients
Investigate and ensure compliance with hazardous waste regulations, collaborating with internal teams on treatment options
Support the sales department by performing technical evaluations and assisting with marketing strategies
Mentor junior staff and contribute specialized knowledge regarding waste treatment and disposal services
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 7-10 years of equivalent work experience in waste disposal, chemistry, or a related field
Subject matter expertise in technical waste disposal and hazardous waste treatment
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documentation and governmental regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience mentoring senior technical service advisors on Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) laws and regulations
Familiarity with business math, geometry, and basic accounting processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and PDF writer
