Restaurant Manager – Texas Roadhouse Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations and be responsible for ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service are adhered to at all times. Responsibilities Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hourly employees Direct work for employees, including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures Conduct formal line Taste & Temps Enforce appropriate security measures at the restaurant so that the safety of our employees and guests is maintained at all times Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory Implement safe food handling procedures Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment for the staff in a manner consistent with our core values and operational goals Benefits We offer a comprehensive total rewards package after 30 days of employment to Restaurant Managers that meet our benefit eligibility requirements.
