Recruitment Reimagined Florida Health Care Plans , a well-established multi-specialty staff model HMO, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our growing Port Orange facility!
This outpatient-only position offers a flexible schedule, no weekends, limited call, and no non-compete contract, giving you the autonomy to build a long-term, rewarding career in a thriving coastal community.
Practice Highlights
Outpatient only No inpatient responsibilities. Flexible work schedule 40-hour workweek with customizable office hours. No weekends Maintain a healthy work-life balance with predictable hours. Limited call Low-volume, telephone-only, shared weekly rotation with RN triage support. No non-compete contract Freedom to grow your career without restrictions. Multi-specialty support Larger FHCP hubs offer onsite Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Neurology, Sports Medicine, and more. Modern facilities Lab, X-ray, Ultrasound, Infusion Clinic, Pharmacy, and Primary Care all onsite. New grads & experienced physicians welcome Strong mentorship, onboarding, and career development support.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary Base pay with performance incentives, auto-renewed annually. Sign-on bonus Competitive bonus available. Health benefits HMO health coverage for provider and eligible dependents. Your Role As a Family Medicine Physician
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment in an outpatient setting. Work collaboratively within a care team model, including Medical Customer Service Specialists, MAs, and LPNs. Utilize Epic EMR for efficient patient management and streamlined workflows. Participate in a shared call rotation (low volume, telephone-only).
