Floating Field Support Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of our instrumentation. This role requires extensive overnight travel and a strong background in electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
A Certificate or Associates Degree (AAS) in Electronics or a related discipline is required.
Minimum of
3 years of experience
as a Field Service Engineer.
Strong experience with
electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting .
Experience servicing
medical lab analyzers
or other
medical instrumentation
is a plus.
Ability to travel extensively overnight as required.
Strong communication skills to establish solid customer relationships.
Must be
fully vaccinated against COVID-19 .
Key Responsibilities:
Perform
installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance
of company instrumentation.
Establish and maintain
positive customer relations
to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate problem resolution within the
Field Support Group .
Maintain
car inventory , including tools, trunk stock (parts), and other necessary equipment.
Provide
basic on-site training
to customers regarding the operation of company instrumentation.
