As a SSIS Developer, you will be part of the Data & Analytics department supporting a collaborative team dedicated to delivering innovative reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: SSIS BI Developer with Cognos
Location: Alpharetta, GA (preferred) or Berkeley Heights, NJ (acceptable)
Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week Onsite
What's the Job?
Maintain and enhance the company's reporting and analytics ecosystem utilizing SQL Server, SSIS, and IBM Cognos.
Develop and optimize data pipelines for accurate and efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Design, generate, and improve reports and dashboards within IBM Cognos to support business decision‑making.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and system performance.
Support ongoing upgrades and maintenance of data transformation tools, including transitioning from Qlik Attunity to Qlik Replicate.
What's Needed?
Proven experience with SQL Server and SSIS for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
Deep understanding of IBM Cognos report generation, data modeling, and integration techniques.
Proficiency in C# / .NET for internal application development and authentication services.
Knowledge of vSAN file structures and their integration into reporting layers.
Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments with a collaborative team approach.
