A multi-office national law firm is seeking a Business Law Associate Attorney to join its Jacksonville, FL office. Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have at least3 years of experience working alongside a managing partner in a general business law setting. Key responsibilities include:
Managing mortgage and banking-related default cases, such as uncontested foreclosures and evictions
Navigating client systems used in the mortgage industry (including ICE/BKFS and Sagent/Tempo)
Overseeing client directives, inquiries, and workflow management
Maintaining strong organization and prioritization across a high-volume caseload
Supporting a fast-paced legal team with day-to-day business law matters
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and in good standing
Minimum 3 years of business law or mortgage banking legal experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality legal work under pressure
