Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar.
4+ years of experience practicing Class Actions, Mass Torts, Personal Injury, Catastrophic Injury, Construction Defects, Slip & Fall, Wrongful Death, Automobile Accidents, Insurance Claims, etc.
Strong advocacy skills with experience representing plaintiffs in court and before administrative agencies.
Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
