Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and ICM

Ability to create communications using Tickets in Quadient Interactive

Experience with Microservices, multi‑threading, and parallel processing

API development and consumption (REST, JSON, SOAP, XML, JDBC, MySQL)

Familiarity with Agile and Test‑Driven Development (TDD)

Knowledge of software security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, JWT, SSL, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0)

Experience with DevOps tools (GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins)

Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Plusses

Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive certification

Experience with content rationalization concepts and ADA document compliance

Knowledge of Design Thinking principles

Background in financial or insurance industry (preferred, not required)
