Program Description Blackstone’s Summer Analyst Program is a 10‑week in‑person experience, offering participants extensive exposure across the firm. This program provides Summer Analysts with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft‑skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm, and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone’s culture.
Job Description Strategic Partners is seeking a Summer Analyst for its Institutional Client Solutions (“ICS”) team. This individual will support Strategic Partners’ fundraising and new product development efforts, as well as manage existing investor relations. The individual will work closely with Strategic Partners’ private equity, real estate, infrastructure and GP stakes verticals, as well as the broader Blackstone organization to play an integral role in the capital formation and business development functions.
This individual will support all aspects of the fundraising process from potential investor due diligence and financial analysis, to managing investor information requests, tracking investor activity, and creating and updating marketing documents. In addition, they will support post‑marketing investor relations initiatives including the creation of fund‑or investor‑specific materials/analyses. Other responsibilities will include conducting private equity industry research (both qualitative and quantitative) and preparing for investor meetings.

Eligibility Criteria

Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2027 – Spring 2028.

Salary Expected annual base salary range: $110,000 – $110,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands.
