We are looking to fill Office/Operations Manager position in our San Antionio, Texas region.

Summary We are looking for professionals that can thrive in a fast-paced Manufactured Home dealership, and will be responsible for all office management, finance documents, billing/invoicing, scheduling contractors, Loan Processing, paying invoices, communicating updates with customers and much more. Necessary industry specific training will be provided.
Business is Booming!
Bi-lingual is a plus!
Compensation/Benefits We offer competitive SALARY+BONUSES (Potential 42K-70K/year), Vacation, full benefits, Company matched 401K (50%), and opportunities for advancement.
Skills: One or more of the following preferred and/or required.
Office Management experience (Required)
Loan Processing/Finance experience
Invoicing and Bookkeeping experience (Required)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail (Required)
Ability to prioritize
Excellent organization
Customer Service Experience (Required)
