Kinnser software experience required

Spanish speaking required

Responsibilities: Job duties may be modified based on experience and fit within company.

Pay rate may be adjusted based on experience and performance

Maintain, update, and coordinate the scheduling of field clinicians including therapists (occupational OT, COTA, speech ST, and physical PT, PTA) nurses (registered nurse RN, licensed vocational nurse LVN) aides, medical social workers MSW, and staff.

Conduct self in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsible for answering the telephone and receiving messages in a pleasant and professional manner.

Receives and submits faxed information and e-mail.

Ensure confidentiality of all protective health information.

Assist in the production and completion of requested documents including plans of care and other documents as requested.

Ensures all documents produced are grammatically correct and spelled correctly.

Provides information by answering questions and requests.

Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
