About the Opportunity We’re looking for a Social Launch Lead who knows how to make things go viral on social.

This is a social-first role focused on turning launch videos into valuable growth moments. You’ll work directly with startup founders to design and lead launch strategies for short‑form founder videos, with performance measured by how well those videos perform across social platforms.

You’ll shape narratives and hooks, write and refine social posts, and support execution around launch day. This role is strategy-forward but not advisory only. You must be comfortable executing hands‑on.

You’ll also apply the same thinking to Nen Creative’s own content and launches, helping grow our brand and social presence over time.

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years experience leading social‑first launches across startups, agencies, brands, or creator‑led teams

Strong understanding of virality, short‑form storytelling, audience behaviour, and distribution mechanics

Demonstrated growth and GTM experience, with the ability to connect social, messaging, timing, and supporting launch touchpoints

Strong platform fluency across X (preferred), LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook

Ability to turn creative insights and performance data into clear, opinionated launch strategy

Excellent writing skills with sharp instincts for hooks, clarity, and tone

Experience managing multiple client launches or accounts simultaneously

Confident leading founder‑facing calls; hands‑on, adaptable, and fast to iterate based on real performance

What You’ll Do

Lead and own social‑first launch strategy

Own end‑to‑end launch GTM across social, marketing assets, and launch moments

Build, refine, and operationalise a scalable video launch playbook

Write, shape, and pressure‑test social posts for founder‑led video launches

Orchestrate launch‑day execution across platforms to maximise momentum

Step in to execute directly when founders need hands‑on support

Analyse performance signals and rapidly iterate on formats, messaging, and distribution

Partner closely with Nen’s co‑founders to establish Nen’s social strategy
