The Boeing Company is currently seeking an

Associate Contract Administration Specialist

to join the team in

Berkeley, MO . This position will support Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) and Boeing Global Services‑Government (BGS‑G) deliveries. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing contracts and modifications to ensure delivery requirements are accurate. Responsibilities include reviewing the schedule of supplies or services, inspection and acceptance, method of delivery, shipping instructions and more. The candidate will also complete appropriate delivery documentation to support on‑time deliveries, including DD250s and Certificates of Conformance. The successful candidate will demonstrate aptitude in the Delivery Management Tool, Common Contracts System, Mechanization of Contract Administration Services (MOCAS), and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).

Position Responsibilities

Maintain the Delivery Management Tool to ensure accurate status of customer deliveries

Coordinate with Finance functions, conduct meetings pertaining to deliveries, and interface with the customer

Exercise appropriate signature authority and negotiate standard agreements using approved contract terms and conditions

Support research and drafting of proposal and contractual language for product or service delivery processes and conduct document reviews

Participate in the development, documentation, and execution of business plans

Support due diligence and integration of newly acquired entities to ensure implementation of contracting policies and practices

Support auditor requests, identify data for audit activities, and assist in developing corrective actions and implementation of solutions

Participate in the assessment of process risks and control adequacy

Maintain business processes and data integrity

Document guidance related to new and updated contractual regulatory requirements and command media

Monitor, reconcile, and ensure compliance in the performance of contractual and business commitments, company policies, laws and regulations

Support special requests for approval and exception, provide contract performance status, and perform contract closeout activities

Coordinate with other internal functional disciplines

Basic Qualifications

Experience with government contracts

Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

3+ years of experience using analytical, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Experience utilizing strong critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and with a cross‑functional team

Summary pay range: $73,100 – $98,900
