They are currently looking for a consultant who can help develop/implement the communication strategy across the firm, create training materials, respond to questions submitted to a team inbox, and help drive the adoption of the new policies. The ideal consultant will have experience as a project manager, be a strong communicator with a 'customer service' view, up to date PowerPoint skills, and exposure to change management. Contract position details This contract position is full-time, 40 hours/week for 3 months. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum 5-7 years of appropriate experience Required Skills Project management skills including timeline management, content creation, and a problem-solving mindset Change Management experience is a plus Exposure to finance transformations is a plus Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities Ability to collaborate to build successful relationships Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Targeted Pay Rate
