Our client specializes in designing, developing, and deploying microgrid solutions for end users and is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to expand their sustainable energy portfolio.
Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors, generating leads for microgrid solutions.
Conduct consultative sales presentations to understand client energy needs, present tailored solutions, and communicate the benefits of energy independence, reliability, and sustainability.
Lead the end‑to‑end sales process—from initial contact, through proposal development and negotiation, to closing—ensuring alignment with client needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, monitor satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and provide ongoing support throughout implementation and post‑sales phases.
Requirements
3–5 years of sales experience in energy, renewable energy, or technology‑based industries, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong understanding of microgrid technologies, energy storage, and renewable solutions—or the ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to build relationships, present complex solutions, and negotiate effectively.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, proactive, and capable of working independently while sustaining high customer satisfaction.
