Full-Time Customer Support Specialist / Automotive Cashier / Receptionist with Growth Opportunities Bilingual Spanish – A Strong Plus! Are you a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is seeking a Full-Time Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team! Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.

Your Responsibilities
Answer a multi-line phone system and direct calls as needed
Greet and assist customers professionally and with a positive attitude
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
Handle customer agreements, service tickets, and dealer exchanges using a computer system
Perform general office duties, including filing and maintaining inventory
Assist the Office Manager with additional tasks as required
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Pleasant and professional demeanor in-person and on the phone
Computer proficiency
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
High School Diploma or GED required
Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays
