Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum three years of experience in construction litigation.
Admission to the FL State Bar.
Strong academic credentials and proven research, writing, and analytical abilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
Direct experience with depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of construction litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and related documents.
Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
Advise clients on construction law matters such as contract disputes, defect claims, and risk management.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies and deliver high‑quality legal services.
