Program Manager - Mobility Operations

A Day in the Life: We’re looking for a strategic, data-savvy operator to help us scale our fleet operations across multiple depot sites. In this role, you’ll lead the charge in designing and launching efficient, high-performing depot operations that power the future of mobility. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across tech, product, facilities, and operations to bring new sites online and continuously improve how they run. The salary range for this position is $100k-120k. What You’ll Do: Lead end-to-end depot launches— from planning to execution — ensuring each site is operationally ready and optimized for scale. Design and refine operational workflowsto drive efficiency, consistency, and performance across all fleet depots. Map and document key processesto ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders and teams. Turn data into actionby analyzing performance metrics and surfacing insights that drive continuous improvement. Apply learnings from current sitesto inform future depot design, layout, and location strategy. Collaborate cross-functionallywith product, tech, facilities, and ops teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or analytics — ideally in mobility, transportation, or tech. Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience building systems and processes in a fast-moving, agile environment. Excellent communication and storytelling skills — you can translate data into compelling narratives. A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation.
