Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pega Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable Pega-based solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure best practices, and deliver high-quality applications aligned with business and architectural standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design and define end-to-end Pega solution architecture and application frameworks.
Lead development teams on Pega best practices, guardrails, and performance optimization.
Architect case management, workflow automation, decisioning, and integrations.
Oversee system integrations using REST/SOAP, APIs, and messaging.
Ensure application scalability, security, and maintainability.
Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with business, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
Support production issues and guide platform upgrades.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8–12+ years of IT experience with strong hands‑on expertise in Pega PRPC.
Proven experience as a Pega Architect on enterprise implementations.
Strong knowledge of Pega Case Management, UI, Decisioning, and Integration Services.
Experience with Pega rules engine, performance tuning, and deployment.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) or Senior System Architect (CSSA).
Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
Exposure to cloud‑based Pega deployments (AWS/Azure).
