The Program Manager provides overarching management for the contract and must be an employee of the Prime contractor. This role involves overseeing both the technical and administrative aspects of performance, including the timeliness and quality of all service and data deliverables. The PM is responsible for managing a diverse technical workforce consisting of multiple skill sets involved in Navy Network systems design, development, test, evaluation, and training. Required Skills and Experience
Five (5) years of experience in Contract Management, specifically overseeing Government contract performance. Proven ability to oversee contract schedules, costs, and data deliverables. Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with customers and manage project progress to meet sponsor objectives. Education/Certification
Must possess an
IAM Level I certification
(CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, Security+ CE, HCISPP). Security
Active
Secret clearance
required at the time of award. Citizenship
U.S. Citizen. Desired Skills and Experience
Experience specifically supporting U.S. Navy or DoD IT training command environments. Advanced management experience demonstrated by the ability to maintain and evolve a team for five years or more. Salary
$95,000 - $150,000 per year Seniority level
