About the role Gersh is looking to hire an Assistant to support an Agent in the Global Branding and Endorsements department at our Beverly Hills office. The ideal candidate has at least one year of relevant experience in branding, advertising, digital marketing, or a related area within the entertainment industry. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is driven, resourceful, highly organized, and passionate about building a career in Branding and Commercial Endorsements. Duties Source and support the expansion of the celebrity talent database using a variety of tools and social knowledge. Provide administrative support, including monitoring emails, screening phone calls, and calendar management. Draft, send, and track all deal memos and execute campaigns, acting as liaison for clients with brands and third‑party marketing agencies. Partner closely with accounting department to input client bookings and submit invoices. Effectively communicate and interact with high‑profile clients, prospective clients, managers, and executives with the utmost professionalism. Ad hoc duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required. Minimum of 1 year of entertainment industry experience required, specifically within branding, advertising, digital marketing, or a related area. Prior talent agency or management company experience preferred. Demonstrated interest in talent/influencers, music, sports, entertainment, and pop culture. Some accounting knowledge, skills or experience. Demonstrated high level of initiative, capable of managing Agent’s calendar, as well as multiple projects and duties. Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail with excellent follow through skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Ability to make sound decisions efficiently and effectively using critical thinking and practical approaches. Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. Ability to read material quickly, form opinions and relay feedback. Willingness to make a 2-year commitment in the role.
